Not Veterinary Advice
Content on this website, including service descriptions and general pet-health information, is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet's specific condition. Nothing on this site creates a veterinarian-client-patient relationship; that relationship begins only when your pet is examined in person by one of our veterinarians.
Appointments
Appointment requests made through the Shepherd Pet Portal linked from our Contact page are requests, not confirmed bookings, until the hospital confirms them. In an emergency, contact an emergency veterinary hospital directly.
Use of the Site
You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse its content, photos, or branding without permission, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems that are not intended for public use.
